I want to know everything about everything.
As a dog, I use my sense of smell to find exciting things. Scraps of food the kids left behind…the scent that tells me a dog recently walked past the house…
As a puppy, I depend on my mouth to figure out what new things are. The kids’ toys…papers…art projects…you name it, I’ll try it. (how else do you think I figured out how good zucchini is?!)
The other senses are important too, but smell and taste are my two most dependable. Mama keeps saying she hopes I’ll learn to use my mouth less, but the thought makes me wonder how I’d be able to keep learning!
